Hired on a contract basis to fill the duties of a buyer / inventory supply supervisor and held responsibilities for multiple warehouses (divisions/states). My responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following; Maintained target service levels and inventory for fresh produce and non-fresh items in several Safeway warehouses in the U.S. Responsible for forecasting and for the procurement of daily needs and promotional requirements while maintaining strict inventory levels.
