I work in Amazon’s Fulfillment Warehouse where I stock shelves for pickers to pick for customer orders. I always exceed my performance expectations. I am also trained to be a Waterspider where I load up carts and build a queue for the other stowers to stock shelves. I also am trained to consolidate the shelves to make more room for stowing. I will be trained to be a Problem Solver which helps the stowers with problems with products and inventory.

I worked in a call center for Whirlpool Customer Service where I answer phones and assist customer with basic troubleshooting and schedule service. I navigate through their computer system documenting what happens during the call. I also sale Extended Warranties for their appliances In October, I was chosen base on high performance for a level 3 job with KitchenAid Small Appliances for the holiday season. I accepted because I wanted to learn a new skill so I would be more valuable to the team. In November, I applied to be a Whirlpool employee and am getting hired on January 9, 2012. I really enjoy interacting with customers in their time of need and making them number one. I gained great communication skills along with computer. I use SAP and Seibel system on a daily basis to assist customers. I really enjoy my job with the company and see room to grow. The reason I am looking elsewhere is because the hours are limited once hired in January only garenteeded 35 hours a week making 10.15 hourly which is not bad but looking offering more hours and higher hourly rate.

I drill one weekend a month and two weeks out of the summer. I had six months of 24/7 Military Police training in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. I was trained on security procedures, team work, moving as one unit, leadership skills, interact with the community, filling out reports, and how to use a chain-of-command. I have qualified with various military weapons such as: M4, M249, M9, etc. We are required to maintain our physical fitness and pass a randomized drug testing. I follow direction well and pay close attention to details. I am always on time and communicate well with leaders.

Junior year, I was sent to NJRTOC Leadership Academy at Coastal Carolina University for two weeks. I was a platoon commander over 30 freshmen for a class period where I taught them basic cadet knowledge. Senior year, I was Operations Officer and Public Affairs Officer. As Operations Officer, I was responsible for scheduling special events, putting out a monthly calendar for NJROTC events.
