Responsible for all technology maintenance, support, planning and implementation throughout the agency. Annual budget of $10 mil+ for operating and capital expenses supporting a fleet of 750+ vehicles.

• Kept IT operational expenses flat over 3 years while building 2 new modes of transit and expanding the agency’s application portfolio by 20%.
