General Manager of Retail Store, Lilburn, GA

Assistant Director of Store Set-Up

Project Manager for Store Set-up

Planned, organized, coordinated, merchandising, trained recruited/staffing, human resources issues, new stores set-up, store remodels and/or relocation (approximately 15+ locations annually).Developed a strategy to for 7+ new stores openings by year end by utilizing local operation staff, shared teams (which reduced the overtime/payroll by $10,000) and materials (reduces shipping cost within one area by 10%).

Director of Truck Pro Division

Coordinated the process environment management style in setting of new stores and remodels/relocation; trained staffed, planned, overseeing and coordinated construction with operations; planning, scheduled/ordered of fixtures and merchandises; budgeted for my division.

• Coordinated three new stores and implemented the set-up process to ensure that all fixtures and merchandise were being in staled and presented correctly by utilizing relative forms of communication

• Created a design for a “Big Box” store that would encompass 90% of the parts and car accessories on the market. It would also serve as the training and education facility for DIY customers and schools.

• Redesigned a layout of a store that was averaging only minimal sales of expectation. By this redesign, the closed parts area and floor area within the store realized an increase in sales of 35% within two weeks.

• Managed a staff of 90 with training, merchandising formula/techniques, visual plays

• Reviewed P & L statement and daily payroll of 9 teams
