• Included defining and delivery of global services in support of Delphi’s SAP project and Competency Center. Helped Delphi’s Competency center to become SAP certified, and to implement projects on time.

• Implemented all Information Technology projects such as desktop (15,000 units), communications infrastructure, business, engineering, and factory systems, and all reporting metrics.

• Analyzed business processes, developed Information Management (IM) plans and road maps, and integrated all required technology.

• Led the analysis, selection and implementation of Enterprise Application Packages, such as SAP and PeopleSoft as options for legacy systems, and to help achieve business process savings.

• Served as a member of the Executive Director’s Staff, with responsibility for all information technology activities and participation in strategic business decisions.

EDS Account Executive, Warren, MI Transmission Plant (1989 – 1993)

• As a member of plant the manager’s staff of a $2 billion operation, helped to implement Quality Network synchronous manufacturing strategies, including serving as a course instructor.

• Lead account team which had responsibility for all information technology activities including manufacturing systems such as real time transmission tests, R F tractability, and material management systems.

• Installed the I.T. data center and infrastructure to increase production from 6000 to 10000 units per day. The plant became a divisional model.

• While serving in the above capacity, also authored a study of how the best manufacturing plants utilized information technology.

• Studied and visited the best plants to assess all aspects of their business to determine how I.T. was used to support processes, I.T. plans, and business plans.
