I have 7 years of experience and hold strong expertise in CA Service Desk, CMDB, Knowledge Tools, Workflow Development, Cohesion, CA Configuration Automation, CA ITPAM, CA Service Catalog and BOXI BI report development. I'm also ITIL v3F and ISO20000 certified professional and have strong experience in current state assessment, requirement gathering, gap analysis, technical recommendation, deliver roadmap, architect, design and lead tech team to implement solution based on ITIL v2 & v3 best practices.
