Bilfinger Berger, Qatar 2007 to 2008
Manager Project Controls
Contracted to Al Sarya to oversee the erection of a new pre-cast concrete plant which supply Bilfinger Berger with pre-cast elements for the building of high rise structures.
• Co-ordinated and controlled the production of pre-cast elements
• Co-ordinate and control the erection of prefabricated elements for buildings ranging from 2 to 6 stories.

In charge of production, quality control and manpower for two paving stone plants.
Recruited from Germany to Long Island, NY to head up paving stones plant production.

Following the reunification of Germany, plant operations were significantly downsized to optimize efficiency.
