WORK HISTORY

Application Engineer, All State Fastener January 2005 to February 2009

Assist customers with product design and development, evailuate there processes and look for cost reductions and savings. I would also be responsible to visit there facility and do torque audits and certain testing if needed. Resposible for consolidating parts and changing finishes to achieve a better cost and reduce inventory for the customer. Resposible for reviewing new parts and guiding them through the APQP process. Would also assist quality department and do critical dimensional checks and dock audits. Was also the engineering laison between purchasing inside sales, quality and MRO sales, any questions or concerns was brought to me for clarification. Resposible for drawing and designing customer parts and prints.

Design Engineer, TCR Corporation September 2004 to January 2005

Design and draw in-process cards or tooling prints. Follow parts through system to insure customer quality and satisfaction. Make necessary changes to in-process cards or tooling prints. Special projects to upgrade our current finish rack bench area to give our racks the best finish & upgraded the current compounds by looking for new processes & equipment.
