General Manager (International Programming &Marketing) 2007 - Present

• Oversee and manage strategy, marketing plans and their execution for French, Italian, Polish, and Pan-European markets that have resulted in an increase of the subscribers’ base by 10% and millions of dollars in revenue in the last two years.

• Prepare international subscriber and revenue annual budgets showing subscriber growth by at least 10% annually while spending $7 million on marketing and promotion.

• Provide short and long term strategic direction to executives and CEO with respect to international department including product pricing and packaging, marketing and promotion, customer service, as well as competitive landscape.

• Act as a Team Leader for the promotional and retention teams and external partners managing all international promotions and acting as a liaison between general and international market.
