I was involved with Class Room Training, and On-Job Training and Assessment.

August 2005-December2007:

Worked as Commissioning Engineer/Trainer with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd. (ISO 14001)

I was involved for On Job Training to the Nigerian Operators/Supervisors with Assessment/Reports

Involved in preparation of commissioning procedures, Operations, preparation of training documents, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the Forcados Yokri Integrated Project. FYIP is having 4 gas/oil stations with central compressor and Dehydration Central Processing Facility. I was Involved with Training, On the Job Training and Assessment for Nigerian Operators.

Water Treatment/Steam Plant Supervisor(PDO Site) at Oman.

Worked with Steam Tech Inc. USA for its Water Treatment/Steam Generator Commissioning and Steam Injection. For Enhanced Oil Recovery project, Mukhaizana Oman

April 2001 - July 2004(Offshore):

Worked as Central Control Room Supervisor with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria ltd in its ODIDI AGG Project (ISO 14001)

I was involved in Commissioning and day to day Operation of 4 Oil Gathering Stations having total net oil capacity of 65000 BPD and Dry associated Gas Export project having capacity of 80 MMSCFD. With dew point 6 Deg. Cel. and water dew point –20 Deg.Cel. at 110 Bar pressure. Familiar with Pigging facility, Gas Turbine Compressors, Gas Dehydration, Power Generation unit producing 11MW Power.I was involved with Permit To Work (PTW) system., and Training to Local staff with theory and practical/On job training and assessment.

June2000 - January2001:

Worked as a Commissioning Engineer with PDO Oman. (IPEDEX). I was involved in Commissioning of heavy Oil wells and Oil Gathering Station, and Oil Storage Tank. Pumps to dilute heavy Oil of API 31.5 with Light crude Mixing in ESP dish charge pipe to flow easily.

June 1999 - April 2000:

As a Process Commissioning Supervisor with Cochin Refineries Ltd, For its Hydrogen plant capacity of 25000M3/Hr based on KTI Steam reforming process.

December 1997-December 1998:

As a Commissioning Foreman with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd. (Offshore) (ISO 14001)

I was involved in commissioning of Oil Export Terminal having capacity of 500 000 BPD dry oil. Facility consist of Dehydration Tanks, Oil skimming facility, Gas Plant for Gas Turbine to generate power use and Oil Heater, Oil Exporting Pumps and Oil Storage Tanks with high capacity 1 mn BBLS, Waste water treatment plant with standard specification of waste water( 8 PPM of oil ) as per Guidance of Nigerian Government. Familiar with waste water Disposal system, Traning to local Nigerian National staff with theory and practical on job Training.

November 1996 - November 1997:

Worked as Safety-Permit to work Supervisor/Oil/Gas Station Expansion Installation Supervisor. For PDO Oman(Qarnalam sahirawl project).

I was involved mainly with the contractor to carry out expansion and demolition work safely by using Gas testing for HC and H2S, Tank and vessels entry permit, excavation permit for cable trench and laying Instrument/Electrical cables. Connecting and disconnecting of pipe/cables with live working oil station by signing work permits.

February 1996 - October 1996,(Offshore).:

Gas LNG Qatar Ltd. Qatar. As Sr. DCS Control Room Operator(Through IPEDEX).

I have worked for Commissioning of Offshore Gas project having capacity of 460 MMSFT/Day. with High Press Gas well Operation, Gas dehydration using Glycol, Compressor Operation and Gas exporting to Onshore Plant through Sea with 75 KM Gas Line with Methanol injection.I trained Qatari Operator.

December1995 - February1996 (SHELL GROUP)

As a Senior Control Room Operator with Al Fur at Petroleum Company, Syria.

I was involved with Oil Terminal and Oil Exporting to main Oil line.

March 1984 - October 1994 with PDO Oman,(SHELL GROUP).

As Steam Plant/Oil/Gas Senior Production Operator with PDO, Oman.

Commissioned Water Treatment Plant and Boilers and Waste Water Disposal system including Laboratory Analysis.Polymer Flooding /Injection Project.

Familiar with heavy Oil (33 API) production wells and EOR system for heavy Oil like Steam injection, Polymer injection, Hot water injection, Gas injection and Gas lift Oil wells. Commissioning of Steam Boilers and Water Treatment Plant for injecting in wells with water/steam analysis. Commissioning of Polymer Plant and injection to Oil wells to push heavy Oil to Producing wells by making blanketing in reservoir. Familiar with Beam pump Operation and maintenance work and well heads servicing along with water/steam /Oil /Polymer lab analysis. Training to Omani National Staff.

September 1974-February 1984

As a Production Operator/Sr Operator with Gujarat State Fertilizers Co. Ltd., Baroda, India.

Involved in day-to-day Operation of AMMONIA PLANT having capacity of 500 MT/D based on ICI steam reforming process, casale synthesis process and GV process for removing CO2. Operated Multi stage Centrifugal air Compressor, High-pressure reciprocating synthesis gas compressor and centrifugal pumps. Operated Nitrogen Generation Plant having capacity of 5000 M3/D. Worked in D.M.Water Plant and Water Treatment Plant having capacity of 10,000 M3/hr.
