With 25+ years of general contracting and construction management directing multimillion-dollar construction projects with unique challenges and requirements. I have leveraged my expertise in scheduling, safety protocols, quality control, and problem solving that consistently exceeds the client’s expectation. Recently I successfully managed a project utilizing the lean scheduling process and completed a challenging LEED Gold project. Supervised staff of APM, foremen, and project engineers and I was responsible for preconstruction planning and subcontractor selection. I managed all safety documentation and disaster planning, inspections, logistical coordination to project completion. Job site progress photos.

Partnered with Cal OSHA on 2 projects and implemented the VPP voluntary prevention program.

Created and manage schedules on P3 and P6 and I controlled the lean schedule process on my last project.

Maintain a zero accident which contributed to C.W Driver being awarded the Sharp Award for 2011.

Walt Disney Imagineering, Anaheim, CA Owner Representative Superintendent 1996 - 1999

Managed contractors on High End themed entertainment projects at Disneyland, I was Responsible for all project scheduling, theme park coordination, cost controls, safety, and logistical coordination from the start to closeout.

- Disneyland California, Cast Service Center Anaheim, CA ($8,000,000) Approximately 40,000 SF, two story complex which houses intricate costume storage and distribution system.

- Disneyland California, Back of House Anaheim, CA ($2,000,000) Back of house multi-phased renovation of Disneyland’s cash management office, ticket service, main costuming, and custodial buildings.

- Autopia Renovation Disneyland California, Anaheim, CA ($11,000,000) Demolition and renovation of the existing Disneyland’s Autopia attraction with a new maintenance facility during park operations.
