Supervised staff of APM, foremen, and project engineers and I was responsible for preconstruction planning and subcontractor selection. I managed all safety documentation and disaster planning, inspections, logistical coordination to project completion. Job site progress photos.

Created and manage schedules on P3 and P6 and I controlled the lean schedule process on my last project.

Managed contractors on High End themed entertainment projects at Disneyland, I was Responsible for all project scheduling, theme park coordination, cost controls, safety, and logistical coordination from the start to closeout.

- Disneyland California, Cast Service Center Anaheim, CA ($8,000,000) Approximately 40,000 SF, two story complex which houses intricate costume storage and distribution system.

- Disneyland California, Back of House Anaheim, CA ($2,000,000) Back of house multi-phased renovation of Disneyland’s cash management office, ticket service, main costuming, and custodial buildings.
