DC2 Intranet portal: The responsibilities of the project includes to automate the activities of HI and to ignore all manual processing. The analysis of the project includes discussion of all services provided by the company and the new features that the company is planning to provide to its customers. The finance department calculates the claim amount, expiration date etc. Customer service department adds the new
claim, update or delete existing claim, pass the required data to the finance department. Users are able to view the details of their claims and notifications. Agents were able to view their policy information.
Role & Responsibilities:

Quickly understand the business logic and complete development of several ASP.NET web pages like Time Report Management, Agent and Agency lookup and Claims management etc., for the companies intranet system.

ASP.NET Developer /Systems Analyst
ONE SOURCE PORTAL: This intranet site is to collect all internal billing tools, data analysis, reports and other information for the billing operations department. This site houses internal billing tools like Billing Inquiry, Billing Escalations, Bill Audit Tool (BAT), Unbillables, and Project Management. This tool provides opportunity for managers to keep track of the analysts work and train/assist the analyst if necessary.
Bill Round Sync:
Approximately 14% of the DSL/Dial Internet shared billed customers occasionally miss their bill round one month and then receive two charges the following month. This is because of the Bill Round difference between AT&T and the Billing Company Telco. The project is a solution to minimize the occurrence of Internet services missed bill rounds.
Role & Responsibilities:
Analyzed and designed the workflow of the business process using Unified Modeling Language and Microsoft Visio.
Developed stored procedures, SQL Queries, Views to adjust the AT&T bill round according to Telco Bill Round.
Developed the ASP.NET Web pages to monitor Bill Round Sync process like how many Bill Rounds got fixed, % of the fixed count so far etc.
Validated fields using validation controls.
Configured web.config file for debugging and form authentication and authorization purposes.
Developed Bill Validation classes for retrieving the data from databases and presenting the data as
XML.
Special Billing: Cable Switch Credit Processing:
Customers that qualify can receive credits on their phone bill for DSL/Dial-Up Internet or Video service for changing their service from Cable to AT&T/Dish. These credits are calculated based on what the service provider (AT&T/DISH) charges them for Internet/Video service. This credit must appear on the customer’s
bill every month and should be identified on the bill as Cable Switch credit.
Role & Responsibilities:
Created the process to Cable Switch accounts that have been identified by Special billing team.
Automated the process to get the historic data for Cable Switch customers as Cable Switch Credit has given after three months of service in SQL Server 2000.
Created DTS process to upload the Cable Switch supplemental file to SSH folder, which helps Bill Ops team to process the Cable Switch credits.
Developed the ASP.NET Web pages to monitor Switch supplemental file process of Bill Ops like what is the last file that was created, what is the latest file Bill Ops processed etc..
Credit Card Reconciliation:
AT&T sends list of the customers who paid their bill using credit card to the Credit Card Company and Credit Card company sends the confirmation file back to AT&T. This projects handle the reconciliation between this two files. Technically there are 6 different sets of files based on provider and promotions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Created the process to receive files from EMAS and Credit Card Company like chase for the reconciliation.
Automated the process to load the data in to SQL Server 2000 database using DTS.
Developed the ASP.NET Web pages to monitor credit card file process like what is the last file that was received, what is the latest file recon date etc..
Designed and Developed UI and Administrative Interface.
