PROCESS TECHNICIAN/TOOLING TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshoot and correct process problems.
* Troubleshoots and repairs equipment as needed to ensure that production schedules are met.
* Locates, stages, and installs tooling for scheduled orders.
* Performs machine changeovers on all production equipment as directed to ensure adherence to production schedule.
* Proper use of bench grinder & sanders, drill press, surface grinder,and associated equipment.
* Recommends and implements changes in production operations to promote continuous improvement.
* Assists technician group leader on projects as required.
* Proficient in the use of measuring devices such as venires, micrometers, dial indicators, optical comparators, etc.
* Proven mechanical ability and trouble shooting skills.
* Read prints, basic drawings, and electrical schematics.
* Communicates at all levels effectively, both verbal and in writing.
* Supports "team" concept of getting the job done.
* Perform new tool sampling and debugging process.
* Perform other duties as directed or required.

Reported directly to a Plant Manager,responsible for directing and
supervising the entire Process technician personnel.and operators
Experienced in tight tolerance applications Medical and Electronics industrial consumer industries.
