Employed as a debt collector of 11 months experience, I completed 4 weeks of training and became familiar with procedures and performed varied and responsible account handling of approximately 3,500 consumer accounts.

Exceeded monthly gross commission for by more than 25 percent in revenue.

Performed detailed legal instructions given by the client to work and received subsequently new assignments.

Worked independently on commission and was given more duties requiring independent and unsupervised judgment and decision-making.
