Responsible for total sales activity of 15 direct sales people on a National Level.

Responsible for maintaining sales records versus sales expenses in all facets of the manufacturing/sales process. I was responsible for a total sales budget of over $10,000,000.00.

Responsible for conducting product demonstrations and assisting the local sales person in any given account with sales demonstrations to municipal water accounts.

Responsible for the training of new employees and ongoing training and education of veteran employees.

In this position, I worked with all levels of city management on a national basis and on a regular basis to solve problems they might have with budgetary issues, product issues, State and local code compliance issues until the problem was resolved.

Involved with the first Fixed Network Meter reading system installed in the country. Along with the Fixed Network Vendor, I developed the metering portion of the detailed specification for the RFP the city used.

I was involved in preparing the detailed RFP submitted to the city. This submittal resulted in the largest contract award, $10.6 million for ABB/Amco water meters up to that time.
