monthly medicare census at Evergreen from 14 to 36, at Alhambra from zero to 8, at
Willow Tree from 6 to 18.
Labor Management - decreased premium hours; employee retention/acceptable turn over rate; eliminated use of registry; premium hours from 48% to less than 2% at Evergreen.
Increased Revenue - achieved higher RUG score; improved length of stay; stable PPS program; higher ancillary revenue (Part B); average RUG score category A from 40% to 95%.
