LOCAL COURIER PROJECTS, MAY 2010–OCT 2010

- Spearheaded the administration of statewide launch of local courier projects according to regions; developed routing methodology, met launch deadlines, and updated carrier rates, carrier holidays and working days, as well as respective capabilities of each carriers in the system.
