• Interior trim package in included the knowledge and use of all hand and power tools to install interior doors casings and trims base bored window trims and sills closet shelving and hang rods pantry shelving all door and bath room hardware kitchen and bath room cabinetry and counter tops to include full laminate backsplashes in the kitchen area

• By 1983 I had three contracts in major sub divisions with US Homes.

• Responsible for the interior trim package on the 56-hour spec home that was featured on that’s Incredible TV show.
