My background encompasses more than 26 years of real world hands-on experience with an advanced education covering all aspects of computer electronics and software as they pertain to government, corporate and manufacturing IT environments. I am an effective computer and telecommunications systems professional, proficient and or certified in the day-to-day administration and deployment of servers, desktop workstations and hand-held mobile communications devices. My background includes working on IT projects from design inception to roll-out completion. My expertise is in direct onsite support of high-end governmental and large-scale commercial manufacturing companies IT infrastructures, as well as small business service and support in a break fix SLA driven roll. My ability to work with all levels of end users, system designers and technical engineers along with the ability to convey technical information on all levels has allowed me to achieve a high rate of success with meeting customer needs on SLA’s.
