• Responsible for all aspects of testing (across multiple browsers). Creation/updating of test scripts; testing; documenting issues; reporting and documenting issues to development team, testing fixes as well as regression testing of Facebook and website application.

• Developed iteration sprint schedule, to include review of reported changes in functionality, new fixes, documented new issues, smoke test (for overall review of basic components), regression test application; resulting in on time deployment to client for their weekly review.

• Coordinated Quality Assurance Team efforts, creating daily summary of showstopper, critical issues, for senior management, which required immediate attention.

• Created test script for Live Auction regression testing for multiple participant auctions.

2007 – 2010

Habit Changer - Project & Quality Assurance Manager/Tester for Web/iPhone Applications

Habit Changer is based on common sense, as well as the concept of "Neuroplasticity" which is the science that you can change your brain through thinking and acting.

• Responsible for all aspects of testing (across multiple browsers), as well as data entry & content review. Creation/updating of test scripts; testing; documenting issues; reporting and documenting issues to development team, testing fixes as well as regression testing of website and iPhone applications. Testing included all ADMINISTRATIVE and CLIENT/RETAIL functionality.

• Developed iteration test schedule, most recent iteration review, report new issues, review fixes, regression test application; resulting in on time deployment to Production of Habit Changer v 1.0, followed by regular monthly iteration updates.

• Managed all Quality Assurance aspects and successful deployment of Habit Changer v 2.0, and iPhone applications.

• When a new iteration deployed to Production created, implemented (regularly updated to include new content and features) a “Sanity Review Script” to review latest deployments to Production, focusing on new functionality, as well as a review of basic functionality.

2008 – 2010

InnerRewards - Quality Assurance Manager/Tester for Wellness eCommerce

InnerRewards an eCommerce site, bringing the latest in high-end, solution-oriented products and packages to help people lose weight, find that fountain of youth, reduce stress, and live more optimally. Also a community site, bringing together women whose goals is to live a better life and to connect with others like them.

• Responsible for all aspects of testing (across multiple browsers) including creation/updating of test scripts; testing; documenting issues; coordinating with development team, testing fixes as well as regression testing.

• Proactively developed deployment processes between the creative, design and development teams; features, site changes were defined and agreed on. Coordinated agreements made on when the “Design Iteration Process” closed, to the mutual satisfaction of management, design group and development team, which allowed for coordinated successful deployment timetable.

• Implemented two week “Testing Iteration Cycle.” first portion dedicated to initial testing, reporting, and prioritizing of issues. Allowing time for development team to address reported issues critical to a successful release, which allowed time for the retesting of the iteration, including regression testing – final deployment to Production – completing with “Sanity Review” of new release.

2006 – 2009

Retire Secure Index - Project & Quality Assurance Manager/Tester for Wells Fargo RSI (Retire Secure Index)

Project Background: In December, 2006, with the project three months behind schedule and the delivery date in jeopardy, the client requested assignment of a dedicated Project Manager to the project. Although several candidates declined the position believing the project was in too much disarray to meet current timelines, I accepted the challenge of managing the project to completion. The following Action Plan was set in motion:

• Project Assessment: Reviewed original requirements documentation, evaluated current functionality of all three versions of the applications online Flash, HTML & Kiosk.

• Business Requirements: Identified and documented business requirements to be implemented in final versions of the applications.

• Product Implementation: Working in conjunction with the client created and updated list of requirements for each version of the application.

• Quality Assurance Review: Created separate “Quality Assurance Reviews,” managed/updated “Test Scripts” during developmental cycle for each version of the application. Obtained client agreement to a fixed review schedule for each application to address outstanding issues prior to final approval and release of pilot program.

• Managed internal development team, quality assurance review, and product development for successful deployment of online Flash, HTML & Kiosk product versions.

• Upon release first iteration managed three additional iterations which included implementation of social networking integration, dining out promotion, enhanced interaction with www.wellsfargo.com, as well as marketing campaigns targeting financial bloggers.

2006-2007

ComBridges – Project Manager/Customer Service/Sales

ComBridges provides complete website design packages that include mission critical creative and internet marketing & eCommerce strategies, as well as technical services

• Researched and implemented Content Management System. Proactively soliciting new business through cold sales calls, participating in sales presentations.

• Managed design and technical group efforts and client relations through product development and final product delivery, including quality assurance review.

• Responsible for the following tasks: ongoing maintenance of CMS, internal client status reports, monthly distribution of Advanced Web Ranking Reports, Press Release statistics, initial Keyword Word searches, Shopping Cart setup, marketing and follow up with perspective clients.

Profile Summary: I provide high quality end-user functional testing of software applications with both a developer focus and a product focus. I provide value for Development teams by detecting, analyzing, and reporting software defects that may not be apparent in automated or low-level tests but that manifest themselves in faulty end-user behavior.
