After successfully leading Nationals European supply chain operations was promoted and moved to USA to lead and build a world –class logistics organization, positioning the company for rapid growth in international markets reduced excessive inventory and cost to improve on poor cycle times and inconsistence delivery performance.
Specific responsibilities were total physical distribution and services for the supply and delivery of direct materials, wafers, work-in-progress, and finished goods that supported three wafer fabs in the USA, one in UK and five assembly and test factories in Asia with three dedicate finish goods warehouses in USA, England and Hong Kong.

Fast tracking execution by leveraging off state of the art 3rd providers FedEx and UPS engineering, systems and infra structure that provided world class WMS systems, 100% track and trace capabilities and delivery to customer dock within 48hrs worldwide.
