• Preparing parts of automotive brake drum front, rear suspension bracket front.
• Proposal for various parts, sheet metal (bracket, parts) & plastic panels, and get approve from customer.
• Design & development of sheet metal & plastic parts.
• Design & development of u-bolt seat for rear, bell crank lever.
• To meet internal quality works with check sheet, time tracking sheet.
• Regularly updating the activity sheet & time, plan, submitting it to customer &work as per it.
• Implementing standardization & communization of different project to work trouble-free

• Creating cad models, making assembly, 2d drawings as per requirement.

Title : “Dynamic Analysis of Banana Fiber Reinforced Polyester Composites”

Description : Natural fibers are available in abundance in nature and can be used to reinforce polymer to obtain light and strong materials. It would be very interesting if natural fibers could be used instead of glass fibers as reinforcement
One of the such types is banana fiber. It is very strong enough, low density, recyclable, and bio-degradable. Banana fibers are taken from the trunk of the banana tree which is a waste product so we can use this waste product as composite material.
Our work involves preparation of such type composite, which consists of banana fibers as reinforcing material.
Most of the composites material are used in application, which are subjected to bending loads. We have tested the banana fibers as reinforcing material for such bending loads

Title : “Mechanical Rotation by Magnetic Force”

Description : ELECTRO magnetic power is used in our MECHANICAL ROTATION BY MAGNETIC FORCE to slide a piston up and down effecting the cranking and resulting in spindle rotations.
The basic idea behind an electro magnet is extremely simple, by running electric current through a wire you can create a magnetic field.
