Project Synopsis:

One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and consumer product firms, with research and development (R&D) facilities located across the globe, engaged to improve the data analysis processes for one of its top R&D IT initiatives. It mainly emphasizes on different kinds of pharmaceutical products and it is spreading these products to all different regions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in the design and building of the Essbase cubes.

• Constructed the outlines, load rules, dimension builds, and calc scripts.

KMA’s effort to create an Enterprise Data Warehouse is driven by the need to resolve the challenges and become more competitive in the market. This requires data standardization, data conformance and data sharing across various departments within KMA. The EDW will set the foundation for sharing data across KMA in a controlled and managed environment. The primary goal of the analytic infrastructure enabled by the EDW is to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, integrated and secure organizational information to support decision-making processes essential for achieving KMA’s mission. KMA’s EDW will also support the creation of high quality analytical reports, graphs, charts and dashboards to meet specific user requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
