PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledgeable to the drafting standards and details of my clients which include City of Phoenix, the University of Arizona, City of Coolidge, Pima County Wastewater Management Department, as well as other Arizona municipalities. My project assignments vary in content and require lead design and CADD management in the fields of design, site grading and paving, wastewater treatment plant design, water and sewer pipelines, stormwater/drainage projects and permitting exhibits. Proficient in the use of AutoCad Civil 3d 2011, AutoCAD Sheet Set Manager. In addition, I perform CADD drafting and production support for all phases of construction documents focusing on water and wastewater treatment plants, recharge/recovery wells, onsite drainage systems, sewage treatment facilities and conveyance systems. Currently proficient in both Revit and AutoCad platforms, Leica Geosystems HDS Cyclone and Navisworks for 3D/BIM Technology, Solidworks 2011, Pro/E wildfire for Industrial/Mechanical 3d technology and production.

MUNICIPAL/CITY PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL AND MINING INDUSTRY DESIGNS

Developed Autocad construction documents, plans, elevations and details for a 650,000 square foot addition to the Sands Convention Center, Las Vegas Nevada.

Produced construction administration drawings and assembled ASI’s for Bank One Ballpark.

Experience with ACA projects, military housing, and main headquarters for Air National Guard, St. Anthony’s Monastery in Florence Az, As well as various residential/private and office designs.

CADD Designer for the 2.0 expansion to the City’s wastewater treatment plant for Coolidge Wastewater Treatment Plant, Coolidge, AZ

Large (300 acre) mine overburden stockpile reclamation project, including pipeline an electric utilities removal/relocation, mass earthworks regrading, installation of lined storm water channels, down chutes and retention ponds.

MECHANICAL DESIGNS

Installed new ventilation systems to decrease Hazardous Material (HazMat) condition and meet EPA guidelines for Luke A.F.B. for Basewide operations.

Design/drafted water system and sewage management system design for 12.5 acre-Aquarian Concepts in Sedona Az.

ELECTRICAL/SEMICONDUCTOR DESIGNS

*Tiger Team task force put together to help coordinate with all trades in an effort to help complete their tasks in a timely manner. Create and use 3d Models from Isometric drawings supplied by trades and run clash detection reports to resolve field routing conflict issues in the Field/Plant.

Project called “Three Rivers Modular Fab Concept Feasibility study" for a confidential client. Work performed included creating and modifying electrical drawings including 1-line diagrams, equipment and power plans, lighting plans and other various drawings for process utility building, semi-conductor manufacturing plant, emergency generator building, process specific support building and other structures.
