• 10 + years experience within the maintenance of welding products such as robotic welding, spot welding, pneumatic presses. Experience in maintaining production lines, within a supervisor position within the absence of supervisor.

• Ability to read blueprints, within the specifications needed for tool and die making.

• Ability to troubleshoot spot-weld, robotic weld teach pendants as the procedure requires.

• Ability to use pressure gauges as required, drills, electrical equipment

• As required by company.

• Proficient in maintaining machines for day to day operations as needed

• Proficient in programming robots for welding

• Proficient in stamping press setups, dressing tips, fixture maintenance

• Ability to trouble shoot and repair automated machines for best performance

• Proficient in preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of machines

• Proficient in manual machining, mills, saws, lathes, precision grinding

• Proficient in precision tool making /10 years plus precision tool making on as needed basis
