Work is to be completed to compliance mandated by the state and federal agencies. Direct workers on a daily basis during application of the weatherization process in residential homes. Schedule all work for field and administrative employees. Maintain communication with clients as to work procedures, including public relations with end users of our service. Provide monthly training to installers on safety issues pertaining to building codes, tool handling, lead base handling and all state and federal requirements for weatherization.

Responsibilities and Duties: Various supervisory and managerial positions, including drilling and blasting superintendent for projects throughout North America. Managed emulsion and high density ANFO slurry manufacturing plant. Maintain safety records and training programs to meet compliance of ATF, state regulatory agency and company safety department. Develop and maintain program for company liaisons within the community regarding blasting and its impact on structures. This program was used to enlighten the general public as to the affects caused by blasting, such as decibel readings, peak particle velocity movement and their affect on humans and structures. Train personnel in the safe handling of material and tools within the plants and on job sites involving the drilling blasting program. Responsible for over seeing railroad unloading facility. Coordinate all truck and rail shipments. Purchase and maintain all loading and storage equipment at rail siding plant.

Provided technical training to major clients and in house drilling and blasting departments throughout North American and Mexico. This school provided aspects involving safe handling and usage of initiating systems in both under ground application and above ground application.
As supervisor my responsibilities included financial accountability to the main office, training and scheduling of all personnel on tools and explosive materials handling. Maintaining all federal, state and DOT compliance regulations.
