Project Manager
Provide strategic direction and oversight to network projects for leading telecommunications provider. Define existing business and project management culture and processes. Create oversight framework and methodology appropriate for the environments and develop customized standards of project execution and reporting as well as the associated artifacts, templates, and documents, and provide training as required. • Direct annual $ 5,000,000 public phone booth closing and demolition project. Responsible for all project aspects, including costs and quality. Manage 10 regional project managers.
