Responsible for the design, maintenance and upgrade of new and existing P.I. molds.

Production duties to implement 5 S system into manufacturing area, with system standardization and increased production goals. Production engineering support to guide and transition factory floor personnel into modern techniques from old school hand pour operations. Supervising secondary machining operations and assembly in second company facility, to include duties of work instruction creation, fixture design and continuous improvement initiatives.

Daily use of all machine shop equipment to include Mazak CNC Lathe and Fadal CNC Miller Basic Pro-E Training, Pro-E Surface Training and Pro-E Manufacturing Training Trained to be an ISO Auditor.

Auto-Cad, smart cam and computer literate prior to apprenticeship hired at Gillette as a production line mechanic.
