Production duties to implement 5 S system into manufacturing area, with system standardization and increased production goals. Production engineering support to guide and transition factory floor personnel into modern techniques from old school hand pour operations. Supervising secondary machining operations and assembly in second company facility, to include duties of work instruction creation, fixture design and continuous improvement initiatives.
