CAPE REGIONAL URGENT CARE (Part Time as needed)

Consulted with twelve physicians of Cape Regional Emergency Department (Galloway Urgent Care Physicians) in opening and the daily operations of Urgent Care. GEM URGENT CARE 2010-2011

Practice Manager

Responsible for opening Gem Urgent Care. Gathering contractor estimates, overseeing the project. Coordinating with an outside contracting company for Insurance Contracts for our physicians. Working with two Emergency Room physicians to gather a budget Performa, financial analysis, job descriptions, Human Resource Polices and Procedures, Employee Handbook. Buying all medical equipment, medical supplies, meeting with outside vendors for same. Keeping a schedule of meeting s for the physicians and CEO of the company and working close with them. Demonstrated outside equipment and computer programs. Company was not financially able to continue with the Urgent Care.

GALLOWAY URGENT CARE PHYSICIANS 2009-2010

Site Supervisor/Practice Manager:

Opened the Urgent Care along with Seven Emergency Room Physicians. Responsible for overseeing daily office activities to ensure smooth operations, providing qualified staff and performing related administrative duties by performing the following duties: Coordinating and monitoring office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met. Plan goals and objectives for office operations to ensure end results are attained.
