Structural floor modifications consisted of removing all concrete and reinforcing steel in floors and replacing with higher strength concrete and increased reinforcing steel
Completely renovated storage warehouse and refinished with a state of the art
manufacturing facility consisting of dropped ceilings, sheet rock on the walls,
and finished floors
