Harmonized regional SOPs for twelve geographic locations to one common process, aligned regulatory compliance requirements for SOX compliance. Later launched similar program for our European EMEA operations; served as steering committee leader.
Manage regional budgeting, design and implementation of Cisco Call management solutions.
