PROFILE

As the Director of the Driver Training School, it would be my duty and responsibility to make sure that each student is trained according to the latest techniques in the field. It will be my responsibility to ensure that each student receive the best yard, practical and road training available. I will ensure that each student that graduates has several opportunities for employment and as a result of our training methods, will represent the school in an outstanding manner. I believe that the training provided should reflect the Mission, vision and goals of the company. It is my mission to train all students to be ambassadors of the school and good stewards to their fellow drivers. .

As part of my experience and training, I have earned a Masters Degree, (MBA), in Human Resource Management. As a team player, I am in support of the advancement of the business. With this in mind, I am able to fill other positions as deemed necessary by that administration.

Current Occupation

I am currently employed at Career Tech, LLC. I am the Training / Program Director for the Human Resources Department. I am the professor over all the training in HR for the school. This is a ten month educational program that focuses on the following HR functions: Recruiting, Strategic Staffing, Training & Development, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Job Analysis, Employment Law, Compensation & Benefits, Understanding Media. After that, I supervise an 80 hour externship
