Working as a mine planning engineer and the key responsibilities are

1. Preparation of statutory permissions to IBM & DGMS.

2. Assistance in preparation of scope of work for mine development tenders.

3. Assistance in preparation of mine development costs like linear development, vertical development, Ramp, support drilling etc.

4. Selections of Suitable Mining Equipments for mine development, production drilling, mine dump trucks, LHD/LPDT combination etc.

5. Designing and monitoring of all Primary and secondary mine development works like production Ramp, Incline, Ore/Waste Raises, Vent Raises, Drives, X-cuts etc. by using Auto-CADD and Data mine software.

6. Stope drill designing and monitoring of Vertical Crater Retreat Mining stopes and Blast Hole stopes.

7. Planning and Scheduling of mine development activities to get the stope blocks in to production with in scheduled time.

Apr,2005 to Oct,2005:

Worked as a shift engineer and the key responsibilities were

1. Monitoring of mine development works (pull per blast, face drilling, face ventilation and powder factor).

2. Monitoring of performance of various production drill rigs (meter-age per shift).

Key Achievements:

1. Ramp design has been modified at turnings and successfully executed of length approx 1000m.

2. Stopes has been designed for geological disturbed areas (shear, dyke, cavity etc...) and the optimum ore has been extracted safely with zero accidents.

3. Actively assisted in preparation of mine plan & mining scheme to get approval from Indian Bureau of Mines.

4. I was one of the team members for obtaining RD complex Environment Clearance from Ministry of Environment and Forest.

5. Vertical Crater Retreat Stopes has been designed for reducing stope dilution from 17.7% to 15.6%.

6. Blast Hole Stopes has been designed for reducing stope dilution from 12% to 5%.
