Responsible for all aspects of internal and external IT, planning, implementation and support. Managed all vendor relationships for IT, and assisted with all vendors for Lightspace’s manufacturing efforts. Provided all levels of support for both the company’s internal users and coordinated all support for their customer base. Provided pre-sales support, in order to ensure that the company’s product was properly configured for each of its customers’ needs.
