Performed chief credit officer duties centered around all aspects of managing a $170 million portfolio interfacing with lenders and customers and responsible for market share growth. Managed commercial credits and all loan committees. Responsible for FDIC and State regulatory audit compliance and communications to the Board of Directors. I have managed, measured and monitored metrics in a troubled institution environment. Designed and launched Other Real Estate Owned procedures and special asset department. Significant accomplishments include growing the balance sheet over $160 million and increasing net income 104% to $5.3 million after taxes. Earnings per share rose from $3.96 to $6.98. Book value increased from $30.81 to $45.50. A new banking office was opened in Blue Ridge, Ga. and the company raised $5 million in new capital. Implemented customer focused cultural change and structured business development efforts across branch networks. Managed all stockholder communications.

Executive Vice President / Credit Administration. Senior Credit officer with credit administration responsibilities for the quality of $330 million loan portfolio reporting variances to the Board. Managed eight lenders and support team of seventeen people and responsible for increasing market share. Personally manage $75 million portfolio with over 300 relationships. Was awarded "Officer of the Year" by my peers for outstanding leadership. Responsible for vendor management and all budgets. Significant accomplishments include the decline of charged off loans by 57% since 2000. Past due loans were maintained at or below 1%, The last FDIC examination saw less critical remarks concerning the entire loan process and best CAMELS rating in bank's history.
