US products for Denmark and Finland markets,
assessing needs, locating suppliers and
negotiating favorable contracts. Forge key
vendor/supplier and client relationships.
Sales Director, Foresbec, Inc., $35M global
wholesale lumber distributor, 2007 to 2009.
Recruited to manage global sales teams
throughout Europe, Asia, Canada and the US.
Led sales operations, coordinating sourcing
requirements, driving sales to $35M. Directed
a staff of eight with full P&L responsibility.
Sales & Marketing Director, Westwood Lumber,
$50M lumber company, 2005 to 2007. Led sales
and marketing initiatives, including trade
advertising. Built brand with innovative
print, direct mail and B2B communications.
Drove foreign sales programs and led export
sales team development. Managed six direct
reports and $35M budget.
Director of Sales & Marketing, Javier Farms,
$20M Dominican Republic timber plantation,
2001 to 2005. Directed operations as GM during
startup. Hired staff, created business plans
and devised partnership with US sawmill. Led
marketing, taking annual sales from $0 to
$20M. Managed 45 employees.
Export Territory Manager, ITL Corporation,
$80M lumber producer, 1993 to 2001. Drove
export sales to Scandinavia, the Mediterranean
and Asia, opening and developing markets in
ten countries. Managed four reps.

Additional: Traveling for business and
pleasure, I have visited over 30 countries. An
active outdoorsman, I enjoy skiing, running,
