Customer Relations Executive/ Office Manager/Accountant

Jan 2008- July 2010 The Companies, Utah

Client Relations for several companies, fundraising for all companies.

Accounting and tracking all currency from fundraising.

Outreach programs and volunteer work for the whole company, in charge of all major event planning and all client relations. These events were organized by me from the food to the marketing materials from 100 people to the last one of 750 people.

Customer Service, in charge of the whole department and quarterly training and instigating all protocol. Enjoyed this part of the job the most working with clients.

Implemented QuickBooks for company and even train the CFO on Quick Books managed 37 sets of books in QuickBooks when I first started and trained all incoming accountants from start to finish. Also was in charge of all Limited Liability Companies, forming them and also working with the Lawyers on several matters pertaining to the company.

Worked as office manager from the start of the company through current held all those responsibilities Also had the responsibility of Human Resources department from the start of my employment just under a month for new Customer Relations Officer job included but not limited to, hiring over 50 employee, performance reviews’ and quarterly training for all 6 companies. Started as office manager worked up to CRO of the company.

Marketing and Public Relations/ Accountant

Various Accounting programs, payroll, receivables and payables, ran QuickBooks nonprofit, did all correspondence and managed several individuals within the office manager position.

Marketing for three clubs, monthly newsletters, news paper articles and radio. Implemented new website and designed all marketing advertisement for fundraising.

Public relations for Club and community, served on many local committees to implement events and promote special youth projects. Planned many community events to promote the club. Traveled for the club to different state to learn how to better train employees.

Responsible for 15 employees, included but not limited to payroll, scheduling and all benefits and training.

Implemented new inventory process to increase productivity for the entire bakery and deli.

Increased sales profit margin in a non profit store first manager in several years to provide this profit margin,

Responsible for all invoices and ordering and tracking of goods. Did monthly inventories and also trained managers quarterly on making the business profitable.

• Real Estate License in Utah Active, also have worked for new construction company building homes, from 3000 sqft to 6000 sq ft homes build time was 2 months.

Interests I enjoy a challenge I have book keeper for 20+ years and have learned on QuickBooks, I have done books for years on the side well raising a family. I am very efficient and am a hard worker and would be an asset to any company. I am very well educated in QuickBooks, excel, word, payroll programs and power point and learn fast on anything else I have excellent customer service skills and love working with people. I would be an asset to any company.
