Reservation facility is available in a certain type of Visitor’s subscription. Customer’s check-in and check-out time information stored in the system. It will calculate duration of each subscription. If the subscription is expired, the system will allow the customer to activate it. I. Shareholders:

This module deals with the shareholder information for a single shareholder. It has the following sub sections.

Shareholder Search

This section provides various ways to find a shareholder, the required shareholder can be found out using basic search criteria.

Shareholder Profile (Personal info, Stock Details, Contact info, Comments)

This section includes the Personal Details, Stock Details, Contact Details and Comments related to this shareholder.

c) Shareholder Society Meeting Details

This section deals with society meeting(s) details, the selected shareholder had attended. It has details about his status on voting; vote quantity, his representation type (in person or by authorized person). Here we can also define the shareholders reliable status

d) Shareholders Delivery

This section deals with the correspondences details (i.e.: Any type of documents) send to the shareholder .We can have a printed copy of the send correspondences.

e) Shareholder Links

This section deals with the details of shareholder references links

f) Shareholder Deliberation History

This section list the stock transactions carried by the shareholder, with date range search option.

g) Shareholder Printing Letters

This section deals with defining correspondences for the selected shareholder
