Designed testing and data conversion scenarios, developed and conducted project management and SAP training courses and prepared supporting materials/documentation.
Deputy Director, Ukrainian Nuclear Fuel Project (January 1998 – December 1999) - Negotiated, placed and managed a $35M contract with the U.S. DOE. Negotiated subsequent follow-on contracts for additional scope.
Manager, Program Control and Contract Administration (March 1989 – January 1998) - Created and directed a full-service Project Management Office and supporting systems for a large, government-funded multi-year, multi-national nuclear power plant project. Managed the prime contract, six domestic subcontracts and over 40 domestic and international subcontractors/vendors. Developed, implemented and lead the AP600 International Engineering Program. Implemented and managed the AP600 Document Central File and Repository. Managed Government Accounting and interfaced with Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) and related agencies for contract closeouts, preliminary and final rate negotiations, disclosure statements, and incurred cost audits.
