Asia Pacific (APAC) Big6 Implementation
• As a Project Manager responsible for Project Schedule, Weekly Meetings, generate reports to the PMO, Escalate issues to the steering committee and ensure the success of the Project.
• Work with cross functional Teams to coordinate End to End testing.
• Work closely with the Team Leads for the various web applications to track the progress, monitor the issues and bottle necks at each stage of the project.

Oracle ERP Implementation (R12)
• Kyocera Wireless bought Sanyo Wireless and had a need to implement Oracle ERP for the newly merged company, as part of this initiative was responsible for OM, Shipping,INV, AR, AP, GL Modules.
• Was also responsible for the SOX policies for the newly formed company.
• Responsible for sign-offs on the Test scripts.
Budget Approval System (iRINGI – 11.5.10.2)
• Kyocera Upper management needed a tool to monitor the spending, review legal documents and approve the critical decisions. Managed a team of Business Analysts and Developers both onsite and offshore to implement a solution using Oracle iProcurement which saves the company $1M per year which replaced the existing Manual Process. Lead a Team of developers and customized Oracle Applications Framework to modify the Procurement screens to accommodate the changes requested by the Business Users (Stake Holders) as part of the project POAPPRV Work Flow had to be customized to accommodate the business requirements.
• As part of the project was responsible for Steering Committee meetings, meeting stake holders, responsible for Project Schedule, tracking mile stones, daily meetings to track the status during the critical phases of the project, go-live scheduling, closing the project
• As this was a High visibility Project and was an Initiative from the Company President, the steering committee consisted of Sr. Directors and Controllers and it was my responsibility to hold the Bi-Weekly meetings to update the progress on the project and getting sign-offs at each Mile Stone.
• The other responsibilities were Managing the Budget, Controlling and Closing the Project, direction to the Technical and Functional Teams, smooth transition after Go-Live. As I have good knowledge of the Oracle Procurement system took the responsibility of configuring and setting up the system from the functional side, also participated in the testing.
• As a Project Manager was responsible for the Test Scripts and User Acceptance Testing.
Oracle Applications 11.5.8-11.5.10.2 Upgrade
• Kyocera Wireless is a company that was abreast with the latest technologies and one of the pre-requisites was to keep Oracle Applications in the current release and therefore there was a constant need for Oracle Applications Upgrade
• This was a major Project as this involved Upgrade to 20 Oracle Modules and Many Custom Applications which involved multiple Project Managers as part of this project my responsibility was to Manage the Project Managers, escalation of issues and bottle necks to the PMO Office of Directors and Sr. Directors.
• I was also responsible for Distribution Modules Upgrade and had implemented critical processes like Deferred Shipment process
• As part of the Project I was responsible for the Master Plan, Schedule, acquire the Project Team, Assign various tasks.
• I was also responsible for the version control process for the project using perforce, followed SOX policies for approval for production migration.
Import Export Compliance System
• Kyocera Wireless has divisions across the globe which means that Import and Exports to and from US is a major requirement and there is a need for Import, Export document generation, screening for Denied Party lists
• PMO Office was going to award the Project to vendors as there was no In house expertise, I took the responsibility of the Project and completed the Project within 70% of what the Project was budgeted for with the help of some SME.
• As a project Manager was responsible for RFP, SOW, Project Plan, Schedule, Unit Test Script Sign-Off, User Test Script Sign-Off and Steering Committee Sign Off
• Along with the Project Management Role , designed and developed the Interface between Oracle OM, Shipping and Trade Collaborator
Lead ERP Systems
• As Kyocera was a place for multi tasking, along with the project management there was a need for Managing the Application and the Application Support Team
• 24x7 uptime of the Applications
• Monitor the Resources and Assign the tasks to both on site and off site Resources

• HP had to implement Enterprise Marketing Automation to increase revenue, reduce expense and improve marketing ROI, and also helps in managing all facets of marketing campaign for the Canada region.
• One other requirement was to develop interfaces to exchange data with Oracle CRM and also route the opportunities to HP FIELD (Sales online) and PARTNER information to Info Now which is a third party software.
