Provide consultation to and leadership for senior staff members and their management teams. Advise on organization and business issues, including needs assessment, employee relations, effective communications, employee advocate role, and participative management, interpreting company policies and procedures, employee development, compensation and benefits, and training design. Major Responsibilities:
Receive, Organize, and Process all Employee Payroll Related Information. Audit Hourly Employee Time Calculation. Process Payroll, Accruals, Deductions, Garnishments, Adjustments, Status Changes, etc. Audit Payroll Journals, Archive Records, Distribute Payroll. (ADP systems)
Counsel and advise Managers of appropriate interventions to address employee relations’ issue and monitor progress.
Source candidates, screen resumes, arrange interviews; ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
Consult and coach Management staff in the design and implementation of incentive programs (tied to quality standards) with consistently higher product quality results.
