Call Center - 165,000 sq/ft build-to-suit Call Center for Citifinancial, Fort Mill, SC. Tilt wall construction, raised access flooring and modular cabling, food service operation, training center, extensive off site road improvements - $26,000,000 total project cost

Speculative Suburban Office - 112,000 sq/ft speculative, multi-tenant Class A suburban office building for Childress Klein Properties, Charlotte, NC. Four (4) story steel frame and precast concrete. Extensive mass grading, fast-track and design-build. - $14,000,000 total project cost

Law Office - 52,000 sq/ft Class A central business district office upfit for Horack Talley PA, Charlotte NC (Law Office Renovation), multiple floor renovation while tenant occupied. $750,000 total project cost
