Job Description:

Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and other aspects of ADL care

Maintaining a safe homelike environment for the residents at all times

Collect urine/stool/sputum specimens as directed

Provided routine care to the patients

Serve meals and assist those who are unable to feed themselves

Help move/lift patients with limited mobility to/from chair, bed

Obtain and record Vital signs, height, weight and report to charge nurse

Make beds, change bed linen, and keep rooms clean

Observe and report relevant physical, psychological, social development changes

Providing quality care for a large volume of residents at one time
