o Visiting supplier's end for the inspection of the fabricated items, moulds and other machined components.

o At the time of the Third Party Inspection which held after product was completed. The Third Party Inspection was carried out from the clients like R.D.S.O. (Railways Authority), A.B.B., SIEMENS, VOLTAS, G.E.B., U.P.S.E.B., etc.

Prepared the rejection summary (with The Parrato Graphic Analysis). I had given briefly detail of the same, during the monthly Q.C. meeting in the presence of G. M., WORKS MANAGER, H.O.D., & Other concern depts. Given my opinions-suggestions (if any), highlighted the actual problem observed during the process. After taken implementations certain steps and reconstructed the process parameters, enhance we reduced the rejection of products (i.e. on average 7.4-8.5 % got down up to 2.3-2.7 %).

Actively involved in the vendor development procedure and specially recommended for being carried out the inspection of the mould (which to be used at Resin section for to be produced the Indoor Typed Current / Voltage Transformer) at the vendor's end.

Actively involved in implementation of the procedure to be taken for the ISO-9000 Certification and taken the training successfully; helped H.O.D. cum M.R. (Inspection-Q.C. Dept.) for the new developing documentation work to be achieved the certification

Undertook documentation works like; Inspection Reports & its Records, Drawing files, Complaint Reports & Records, Rejection Summary-Analysis, etc. I got the best remark for the same from the ISO- Auditors during their visit.

Effectively enhanced the necessary analysis exercised and action to be taken on the basis of these records. So, it very helpful also to be taken for future actions for the Design & Developing dept., Electrical Testing Dept., Production Dept., etc. concern Depts.

Reports & records must be recommended during the third party inspection to be carried out at works to finalized and the clearance to be given for the dispatch the items which we produced.
