Duties include: producing reports from Banner database, develop excel charts and spreadsheets, merging letters, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings for 7 people using Outlook, updating files, maintaining accurate records, answering the phones, assisting constituents, travel arrangements, tracking functions, setting up luncheons and coordinating daily operations.
