My interest in joining as a Lean Leader has prompted me to forward the enclosed resume.

As of Late, my education and background has been concentrated in the Lean Enterprise Process one of our cornerstone tools for future success. In my present position, Lean Change Agent, I wear several hats, not only do I understand the principles of lean I have the skill set to plan, organize, communicate and lead. Through all of my assignments at AREVA NP INC., I’ve learned that Client Relations is the ultimate goal. Customers not only want to reduced cost, but add value to their products and services. Although I am a liaison, between Management, Engineering, Maintenance, Licensing Compliance, Production, Transportation, Planning and a Certified Facilitator. I could confidently transfer those skills along with my education to a Lean Leader position. I understand the importance of dealing with diverse customers and know I can adapt to other ways of doing business. As I look ahead, I realize that not only am I qualified, I feel I’m the best fit for any of the current openings. I will bring creativity and innovation to this position daily.

In addition to earning my MBA (Project Management), I have a Lean Manufacturing Certification / Lean Product – Process Development Certification, a Bachelor of Arts in Business with an emphasis in Management Information Systems; I have completed a Bachelor of Science in Business/Social Sciences as well as a Master Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Project Management. • Process: Developed an overall strategy with more than 30 cells for expanding lean principles throughout the organization (i.e conducting over 100.Value Stream Mapping, 5S (visual workplace), Standard Work, Mistake-Proofing, , Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, Quick Change, Pull Systems, Level Production, and Built in Quality kaizenss).

• Employee: Trained entire workforce (500 employees) in Lean 101 Simulation.

• Finance: Establishes systems for the necessary skills and work arrangements to support the objectives of the team.analyzing cycle times and inventory levels (and other measurements, as appropriate) and report against goals so that the Lean Enterprise Process meets economic objectives.
