document imaging system. Approximately 400+ residential and commercial loans successfully moved to LQAS
imaging system. Completion of project that started June 2008 on 12/31/2008.
2003 - 2007 Construction Loan Administrator SunTrust Mortgage Corp. Hilton Head, SC
Merger with Lighthouse Community Bank. Headed construction department for custom home construction to permanent projects. Scheduled progress inspections, coordinated draws and disbursed funds, and facilitated documentation necessary to rollover to permanent mortgage product upon completion of construction.
• Active loans increased from 125 in 2003 to over 800 by March 2007 through superior customer service.
• Balanced builder and borrower needs with Bank’s exposure in proportion to degree of completion
• Created increased referrals from satisfied customers generating new business.
• Loan Officers used the Construction Department as a “selling point”.

Involved preparing weighted offers of bank-held portfolio loans in inventory to small, private investor banks. Required researching and creating a mix of loans tailored to each purchaser’s requirements, providing underwriting documents for investor review and coordinating the pricing, funding and documentation needed to consummate the sale. In the absence of immediate supervisor, also prepared internal rate sheets, assisted loan officers with loan rate pricing. Locked and delivered conduit sold loans and corrected document exceptions on both conduit and relationship portfolio sales as required by purchaser.
• Generated cash flow for re-lending minimizing borrowing needs.
• Actively monitored individual borrower loan dollar exposure constraints.
• Regularly moved $25-$40 million in portfolio loans each month, fueling the rapid growth of an aggressive local lender.
