Oct. 2009 to April 2012 Legacy Restaurant Group. (Franchise for Wendy’s Restaurant.) Responsible for the day to day operations of 2 different restaurants, one of the highest bonus managers with the company. Took over problem restaurant and brought it to reach a number 2 ranking for the company with in 2 months.
Jan. 2000 to Oct. 2009 Wen Pat Inc. (Franchise for Wendy’s Restaurant.)
Ran multi units, in charge of managers of 4 different Wendy’s Restaurants, while running and maintaining one. Training store manager from 2001 to 2006, and sparkle restaurant finalist for the Kansas City division in 2003.
1993 to 1999 The Swisshelm Group. (Franchise for Burger King.)
Multi unit manager, in charge of 6 Restaurants. Training store manager opened 3 different restaurants. Took over problem store in Springfield MO and turned it into the highest cash flow store in the company.
1990 to 1992 PepsiCo (Pizza Hut.)
First job out of college, helped implement delivery to the city, and then ran the restaurant for about a year.
