Work Experiences (only software developing related)
1. Nov.2010- Postdoctoral Fellow
• Affiliation: Department of Biology, l'Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris
• Researching: Ongoing research support “Coherence gating wavefront sensor for OCT and Two photon system”.
Software developing experiences:
With matlab, Labview, c/c++(visual studio 2010) developed application to synchronize and grab the interferometery images from the Camera, after imaging processing and analyzing, the aberrations was measured. Then, a Deformable mirror was driven to correct it for the microscopy rat brain imaging.
Related skills: c/c++(visual studio 2010), multithreading
As a parttime, acceptted a project of developing a ecommerce web application using the open source ecommerce Magento.
Related skills: Html, XAMPP web server, mySQL database.
2. Dec.2009.- Oct.2010 Postdoctoral Fellow
• Affiliation: Department of Ophthalmology, University of Alabama at Birmingham
• Researching: Ongoing research support “Adaptive Optics Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope”.
Software developing experiences:
With c/c++(visual studio 2008,2010) developed application to synchronize and grab the images from the Shark-Hartman wavefront sensor, after imaging processing and analyzing, the aberrations was measured. Then, a Deformable mirror was driven to correct it for the real time imaging human retinal with high speed and high resolution.
