My role at Credit Agricole was to support the Fixed Income floor.

Duties included:

Position: Team Leader 2nd/3rd Line Support/Administration & Projects Sept 01 to March 03

My role while working at Rothschild Asset Management was leading a team of eight analysts, reporting to the Support Manager, providing day to day support of the Desktop/Server environment to the Private Banking and Asset Management businesses. This also included the Dealing, Equity and Global Fund Management departments.

Duties included:

• Providing market data support to around 600 users, which included RTW, Topic, Bloomberg, Datastream, and Dealing 2000.

• Providing support on the Triarch network as well as Dacs administration.

• Excel support to macro level.

• General user support to front, middle and back office including 3rd party and bespoke applications on a mix of Windows 2000 and NT4 environments.

• NT Server administration ranging from creating user accounts, user group access, NTFS permissions, Exchange 5.5 admin, SMS admin, Veritas Backups, IIS publishing and admin, file and print server admin, DHCP, DNS, WINS, DFS and SQL admin.

• Providing 2nd line support to around 600 FX and Equity traders and associated back office including issues relating to tiblink and Adfin.

• Frontline market data support which included Kobra v3.1, RTW V3.62, Open Bloomberg and Dealing 2000/3000.

• Use of Dacs admin tool for diagnostic and testing purposes.

• Supporting exceed and rumba emulation applications.
